PRIVACY POLICY
How Hunters Helpers Handles Personal Information
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information Hunters Helpers may collect through this website, how that information may be used and shared, and the choices available to visitors, customers, and members.
Effective date: August 2026
Please review this policy together with any notices shown on a form, product, membership, checkout, or community feature.
When This Policy Applies
This policy applies to personal information collected through the Hunters Helpers website, including public pages, contact forms, free-resource forms, member accounts, membership enrollment, the Member Resource Agreement form, digital-product purchases, order and subscription activity, resource suggestions, and any current or future Wix-powered member features.
This policy does not govern information collected independently by another website, service, organization, employer, provider, or professional, even when Hunters Helpers links to that service.

Provide only information that is accurate, necessary, and appropriate for the purpose of the form or interaction.
Website and Device Information
When someone visits or uses the website, Wix and enabled website tools may automatically process technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
This information may include:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Operating system
- Approximate location derived from technical information
- Pages viewed and actions taken
- Date, time, session, and referring-page information
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies
- Login, security, performance, and error information
The exact information collected may depend on the visitor’s device, browser settings, cookie choices, Wix services, and website features enabled at the time.
Payment and Purchase Information
Payments, checkout, orders, and subscriptions are processed through Wix and the payment providers connected to the website. Hunters Helpers may receive transaction information such as the purchaser’s name, contact information, product or plan selected, payment status, order number, and transaction history.
Hunters Helpers does not need customers to send complete payment-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or security codes through contact forms, community posts, or support messages.
Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Member Information and Signed Agreements
Creating a Wix site account may generate a member profile and account record. Enrolling in a Free or paid plan may create additional subscription and transaction records.
Paid members may be required to submit the Member Resource Agreement. The submission may contain a legal name, membership email, telephone number, plan, Member ID, organization name, signing capacity, represented person or organization, basis of authority or professional title, agreement version, signature, consent acknowledgments, and signature date.
Hunters Helpers uses this information to review the submission, document acceptance, communicate with the member, and determine whether the appropriate protected access should be assigned.
Submitting an agreement does not guarantee approval or immediate access.
Information Entered Into Downloaded Files
Hunters Helpers offers downloadable PDFs, worksheets, checklists, guides, and digital products. Hunters Helpers does not automatically receive information that a user types into or writes on a file after downloading it to their own device.
If a completed file is later emailed, uploaded, attached to a form, or otherwise sent to Hunters Helpers, the transmitted copy may then be received and processed.
Users are responsible for deciding what information to enter, storing completed files securely, limiting access, and sharing them only with appropriate people.
Do Not Submit Unnecessary Client Information
Do not submit client-identifying information, protected health information, medical records, case notes, treatment plans, incident reports, passwords, payment details, or other confidential records through a website form, support message, resource suggestion, comment, or community feature unless the specific form expressly requests the information and you are authorized to provide it.
Hunters Helpers is not representing that the general website, community spaces, contact forms, or ordinary email are systems for storing or transmitting protected health information.
A purchase, membership, form submission, or community interaction does not create a medical, clinical, legal, case-management, fiduciary, or emergency-response relationship with Hunters Helpers.

Wix and enabled website services may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences, support security, process purchases, understand website performance, and provide features requested by visitors.
Some cookies may be necessary for the website to function. Other technologies may depend on the services enabled and the visitor’s available cookie choices.
Visitors can use available cookie controls and browser settings to manage certain technologies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect login, checkout, member access, or other website functions.

Third-party services may process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
Personal Information Is Not a Customer List for Sale
Hunters Helpers treats customer and member information as private. We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose personal information for another organization’s independent marketing purposes.
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the website, process payments and orders, manage accounts and memberships, deliver requested resources, provide support, protect the website and its users, comply with applicable obligations, or when the individual authorizes the disclosure. This limited processing may involve Wix, payment processors, email and file-delivery providers, and other service providers supporting the website.
How Long Information May Be Kept
Hunters Helpers may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the website, provide resources and services, maintain account, membership, order, agreement, and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet applicable obligations, prevent misuse, and maintain appropriate business records.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. Information may also remain in backups or records maintained by Wix or other providers according to their systems and policies.
Hunters Helpers does not promise immediate or complete deletion from every system, backup, legal record, or provider-controlled service.
How Information Is Protected
Hunters Helpers uses available administrative, technical, and organizational practices intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Wix and connected providers also maintain their own security measures.
No website, email, form, storage service, payment system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their passwords, devices, downloaded files, and email accounts and should not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact Hunters Helpers if you believe an account or information submitted through the site may have been accessed or used improperly. Do not use the website for emergency reporting.
Your Choices
Depending on the feature and applicable law, visitors, customers, and members may be able to:
- Update certain account or profile information
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails
- Adjust available cookie choices or browser settings
- Request access to or correction of certain personal information
- Ask a question about how information is used
- Request deletion of certain information, subject to applicable exceptions, technical limitations, recordkeeping needs, and provider-controlled systems
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior processing
Privacy rights vary by location and circumstances. A request may require identity verification, clarification, or additional information before it can be processed.
Do not include passwords, complete payment information, or unnecessary client records in a privacy request.
Email and Communication Choices
Hunters Helpers may send transactional messages related to accounts, purchases, subscriptions, agreements, access, downloads, support requests, security, or important service information.
Marketing emails should include an available unsubscribe option when required. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop transactional or account-related communications.
Children Under 13
The Hunters Helpers website, memberships, purchases, forms, and community features are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Hunters Helpers does not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these services. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under 13 submitted personal information, they may contact Hunters Helpers so the circumstances can be reviewed and appropriate action considered.
Resources that adults use to support a child or young person do not authorize posting or submitting that person’s identifying or confidential information through general website features.
Other Websites and Services
The website may link to or use services operated by other organizations. Hunters Helpers does not control every third party’s privacy, security, availability, or content. Visitors should review the applicable terms and privacy information before submitting information to another service.
Where Information May Be Processed
Wix and other providers may process or store information in locations different from the visitor’s state, province, or country. Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between locations.
Changes to This Policy
Hunters Helpers may update this Privacy Policy as website features, business practices, providers, or applicable requirements change.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. When appropriate, additional notice may be provided through the website, account, or email.
