Accessibility at Hunters Helpers
ACCESSIBILITY
Hunters Helpers is committed to making its website and resources easier to access and use for people with different disabilities, devices, assistive technologies, and communication needs.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to review the website, respond to feedback, and improve content as resources and features are added.
Our Accessibility Approach
Statement last updated: August 2026
Hunters Helpers considers recognized accessibility principles, including those reflected in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. This statement does not represent a formal accessibility audit, certification, or guarantee that every page, file, feature, or third-party component meets a particular conformance level.
Our goal is to provide information in clear language, create understandable navigation, and reduce unnecessary barriers wherever reasonably possible.
What We Work to Support
Clear Structure
We work to use meaningful headings, readable layouts, and a consistent content order.
Keyboard Navigation
We seek to support navigation and interaction without requiring a mouse wherever the website and connected applications allow it.
Screen Readers
We work to use understandable labels, alternative text, and text-based instructions where reasonably available.
Readable Content
We work to use plain language, visible contrast, and text that can be enlarged or viewed on different screen sizes.
Understandable Buttons and Links
We seek to use labels that describe the expected action or destination.
Forms and Instructions
We work to provide clear labels, directions, and error information where supported by the website platform.
Media Alternatives
We work to provide captions, transcripts, written instructions, or other alternatives as resources are reviewed and updated.
Flexible Use
We seek to avoid requiring one specific method of completing a general educational or organizational activity when a reasonable alternative is available.
Accessibility of Downloadable Resources
Hunters Helpers offers resources in formats that may include PDF, fillable PDF, DOCX, and ZIP files. The accessibility and behavior of a downloaded file may vary according to the device, browser, document application, operating system, and assistive technology being used.
Interactive fields, checkboxes, signatures, tables, and other complex document features may not work the same way in every application. When possible, download the file and open it in a compatible document or PDF application rather than relying only on a browser preview.
If you cannot access a resource, contact Hunters Helpers and identify the resource and the barrier you encountered. We can review the request and, when reasonably available, provide information in another format or help identify another way to access the material. A particular format or turnaround time cannot be guaranteed.
Video, Audio, and Written Alternatives
Some Hunters Helpers pages may include video or audio alongside written guidance. Some existing or older media may not yet include complete captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or other alternatives.
When the written instructions provide the complete activity, visitors may use the written version without playing the media. If media contains information that is not otherwise available, contact Hunters Helpers to request assistance or an alternative.
Possible Accessibility Limitations
Although we continue to improve the site, visitors may encounter limitations involving:
- Older documents, videos, or downloadable resources.
- Complex fillable fields, checkboxes, electronic signatures, and document previews.
- Login and signup experiences.
- Pricing Plans, checkout, cart, payment, and subscription features.
- Groups, Online Programs, member profiles, notifications, and other Wix applications.
- Content or functions provided by third-party platforms.
- Differences between browsers, mobile devices, document applications, and assistive technologies.
Some of these features are provided or partly controlled by Wix or another service provider. Hunters Helpers may not be able to change every component directly, but accessibility concerns can still be reported so that we can review available options.
Alternative Ways to Access Information
When a website feature or file cannot be used as intended, Hunters Helpers may be able to provide an explanation, navigation assistance, a text-based version, or another reasonably available format. An alternative may not be identical to the original format, and availability depends on the content and technology involved.
Accessibility Is an Ongoing Process
Hunters Helpers expects its website and resource collection to continue growing. As new pages, tools, products, media, and member features are added, we will work to consider accessibility during content creation, review reported barriers, and make reasonable improvements when possible.
Feedback from visitors and members is an important part of this process. Accessibility needs can differ among people, devices, and technologies, so reporting a specific barrier is often the most useful way to help us evaluate it.
Accessibility assistance is intended to help visitors use Hunters Helpers website content and resources. It is not medical, clinical, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency assistance. Do not use the website or an accessibility request to report an emergency or immediate danger. Contact appropriate local emergency services when urgent help is needed.
